How you Pay for your Card

This service is for calling from T-Mobile, Vodafone, O2, Orange or 3G mobiles only. You pay for your card on your usual mobile bill. Or, if you have a PAYG mobile, you will need to have sufficient credit to purchase this text card.

You will receive a reply text with a PIN and access number details.

To use your call credit, dial 020 8497 8844 and when prompted enter 00 + country code + destination number and then press the # key on your phone.

If you are calling from the same mobile from which you sent your text message, your phone will be recognised by the system and you will not be asked to enter the PIN. Just dial the access number 0208 497 8844 followed by your Destination number in full including 00 and the country code.

Far East Text & Talk phonecard Usage Instructions

 

To make a call using your phonecard just do the following:

 

Dial one of the Access Numbers (above)

 

1. Listen to the welcome message with instructions
2. Dial your destination number including 00 and the country code

 

Enter your PIN number only if calling from a phone other than the one the text message was sent from.

Once your initial phone card credit runs out you will be automatically topped up by a further £5. To opt out of the auto top up please text STOP to 80077.

The cost of the text to 80077/67400 will be charged at GBP5.00/£10.00 plus your standard network text charge. The cost of calls to the 020 access number will be charged at your standard mobile rate to a landline or can be used as part of your mobile inclusive minutes. Customer Services for the 80077/67400 shortcodes is 0208 497 9210. Calling Credit lasts for 90 days after which any unused credit will expire.

Tips and tricks for using your Mobile

 

To make your call from your mobile even easier, all you need to do is edit your international numbers to include the access number at the beginning, followed by a pause. This can be done easily depending on the brand of your mobile:

Nokia Phones:

    * ⇒ A 'p' should appear after * has been pressed 3 times: ie 02084971007 (*** will show a 'p')

 

Siemens/Panasonic Phones:

    * ⇒ A '+' should appear after 0 has been pressed and held.

 

Motorola / Ericsson Phones / Sony:

    * ⇒ A 'p' should appear after * has been pressed and held.
